Paris, France is hosting the United Nations’ twenty-first Climate Change Conference “COP21” from November 29 to December 12.
Matter of Trust President, Lisa Gautier, will be in Paris for UN COP21 promoting our GlobalCompostProject.org collaborative. Additionally, Lisa will be part of a larger group representing cities and researchers coordinating on climate solutions such as carbon farming, municipal recycling, and composting. Lisa will be covering her own travel expenses.

Sustainable Wineries—A Toast to Compost!
Matter of Trust is hosting a Sustainable Wineries—Toast to Compost press conference and special event in Paris! In partnership with Veolia, La Recyclerie, and the partners displayed below, the cocktail reception will feature wines from globally renowned sustainable and organic producers. The evening will include four toasts followed by a chance to “Meet the Experts” on soil, compost, recycling, carbon, and climate. Due to limited space, this is a private event and attendance is permitted by invite only as space is limited. Matter of Trust is a proud Presenting Partner of this mesmerizing documentary. Matter of Trust and Racing to Zero have partnered to produce a special edition of this film for UN COP21. The DVD version promotes the partnership with our GlobalCompostProject.org collaborative, tying in public engagement by linking your kitchen to climate impact and showing what individuals can do to help achieve a zero waste society.
Lisa Gautier co-founded Matter of Trust with her husband Patrice in 1998. They are the Presenting Partners and Co-Producers with Diana Fuller on the film. Lisa will be attending multiple UN COP21 Paris events as part of a larger team with the City of San Francisco Department of the Environment, California State and NGO zero waste and composting industry leaders. Matter of Trust will be hosting A Toast to Compost in partnership with La Recyclerie and Veolia in Paris on December 8, 2015.
